2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For all subscription-based analytics and services, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with our services during this period, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team at contact@datacollidertechnology.us.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase date
  • The account must not have been in violation of our Terms of Service
  • The customer must provide a valid reason for the refund request
  • Custom development projects are not eligible for refunds once work has commenced
  • Refunds are available only for the initial billing period; recurring charges may be eligible if cancelled within 30 days

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Include your account information and the reason for the refund request
  • Our team will review your request within 5 business days
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method
  • We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been issued

5. Enterprise and Custom Services

For Enterprise plans and custom development projects, refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our sales team to discuss your specific situation. Generally, once custom development work has begun, refunds may not be available; however, we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

6. Partial Refunds

If you request a cancellation after the 30-day money-back guarantee period but before the end of your billing cycle, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund. The refund amount will be calculated based on unused service time.

7. Payment Method Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days, while bank transfer refunds may take 7-10 business days. International payments may take longer.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • One-time consulting fees or training sessions (unless defective)
  • Data migration and integration services
  • Setup and configuration services
  • Refunds requested more than 30 days after purchase (for recurring services)
  • Services already delivered or rendered

9. Warranty and Service Level Agreements

If our services fail to meet the agreed-upon Service Level Agreement (SLA), you may be eligible for service credits rather than refunds. Service credits will be applied to your next billing cycle in accordance with our SLA terms.

10. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. Cancellation will stop future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for services already paid. Refund requests must be made separately through our support team.
